Legend Book

I've been wanting to write out the past and present of my world, maybe give people a deeper understanding of the place Tech and Max live and their thought processes so I asked CJ, the Wolf of wind to make me a Legend Book XD (Just so you know CJ is still me, just smarter and more high strung and obsessed with calling people idiots. That will show up in the book soon.)

Version 0 - Book started. Information about the dimensions within Saruteku's have been explained. Detail can be better but good for a start. To many placeholder, lets cut down on the red.
